Every year, thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts, families, and visitors flood into Calne for Europe’s largest free 1-day motorcycle meet. Our trade stands are a core part of the event’s vibrant atmosphere, bringing high footfall directly to your business.

Trader Zones & Stall Options

We offer a variety of trader pitches across dedicated event zones to suit different business types:

• Main Trade & Merchandise Zone: Ideal for motorcycle clothing, riding gear, parts, accessories, official merchandise, and branded trade displays.
• Artisan & Craft Stalls: Perfect for bespoke gifts, custom artwork, leatherwork, and unique handmade goods.
• Community & Club Stalls: Space dedicated to motorcycle clubs, charities, and non-profit organizations connecting with the riding community.
• Food & Refreshment Zone: High-footfall locations reserved for hot food caterers, gourmet snacks, and drink vendors.

How the Application Process Works

1. Submit Your Online Application: Complete and submit the enquiry form below with details of your stall layout and offerings.
2. Review by Vendor Booking: Your application is routed directly to our dedicated Vendor Booking team, who manage all event pitch allocations.
3. Confirmation & Requirements: A member of the Vendor Booking team will contact you directly to confirm space availability, collect required documentation (such as Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments), and confirm your pitch location.

Please Note: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure your trader pitch. Full details on final payment terms and setup timings will be provided upon review of your application.

Stall holders need to supply copies of documents showing the stall complies with legal and safety requirements. All stalls will need to show they have Public Liability Insurance covering their stall.

Stalls must show that they operate safely. This includes but is not limited to having gas and electrical equipment inspection certificates and having risk assessments for their activities.

If you plan to offer safety equipment (e.g. armoured clothing, crash helmets etc…) all items must carry a CE mark showing approval for its usage. This is the full responsibility of the trader; representatives from local trading standards may, and are permitted to, inspect any/all stalls at the bike meet and effect enforcement of applicable regulations.

Food stalls must have a food hygiene rating of 4 or 5 (unless they are recorded as exempt). This must be visible on the FSA website at least six weeks before the event.

Stalls must follow instructions given by marshals and committee members on the day to make sure the event runs smoothly and safely.

Submitting the booking form does not guarantee availability of a stall space, a particular request or location.

All Stalls will be asked to pay a 30% Non refundable deposit when booking.

Stalls must pay any stall fees by the date shown on the invoice (usually a month from the invoice date, but may be shorter if booked very close to the event) and in advance of the event. Spaces are not confirmed until the invoice is paid.
