Should I bring cash for the day or card?

Please try and bring cash for the day as with all the traders fighting for mobile data the card readers often have a moment when they don’t work. There are only 2 cash machines in town also and these will be heavily used on the day. The Post Office is only open for cash withdrawal until 12:30 on the day.
