Freewheelers EVS is a registered charity which offers an out of hours, free of charge courier service to the NHS. Freewheelers transport blood, pathology and microbiology specimens, patient notes, X-rays, breast milk and other medical supplies, plus deliver every night to two local Air Ambulance bases.

Mental Health Motorbike exists to create meaningful opportunities to grow the greater wellbeing of the motorbike community. Their ultimate aim is to reduce suicide amongst bikers in the UK. They are building a free, dedicated national network of trained mental health first aiders who can support bikers and their families across the UK.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charitable Trust is a registered charity providing an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. Wiltshire Air Ambulance is operational up to 19 hours a day, every day, and is called to, on average, three incidents a day in its helicopter and two critical care cars.

The Calne Bike Meet is and will always be a free event. It’s for the benefit of the town and the motorcycling community more widely.

However, while the best things in life might well be free, there are many things that aren’t and a lot of those are needed to make sure the Calne Bike Meet is a safe and comfortable event for people of all ages and abilities.

Hills Waste Solutions is a long-term supporter of the bike meet. Keeping an entire town centre clean and tidy is no easy feat, but the facilities provided by Hills makes it all possible.

MiPermit enable car park operators to accept electronic payments for Pay & Display car parking, residents and visitor permits, and season tickets. Each electronic permit is digital, meaning that you do not need to display anything in your vehicle. You simply pay and go.
